For your role
TDR Prep for owners and authorized negotiators
In a small MAS business the monthly report usually ends with the owner, often because the owner is the Authorized Negotiator and one of the few people SRP lets sign in. TDR Prep turns the month’s sales into a file SRP takes, with every failing line named first, so your part is the upload and the certification.
Your month
The month as it looks from the owner’s chair
The report is due within 30 days after each month ends, every month, whether the business sold anything to GSA or not. It sits next to payroll, invoicing and the next proposal.
The rejections are the slow part: a line SRP cannot match to the contract, a missing part number, a unit that is not the awarded one. Each one means going back to the invoice to find out what was meant.
Then once a quarter there is the Industrial Funding Fee to work out from the same sales, and paying it through SRP.
What changes
What changes with TDR Prep
- The month comes from the books
- Pull the month from QuickBooks Online, or drop a CSV export, instead of typing lines.
- Items are matched once
- Each SKU or labor category gets its SIN, unit and manufacturer fields one time, then every month reuses it.
- Failures are named before SRP sees them
- A failing line reads "SRP will reject this because" and names the field, so it is fixed at your desk, not after an upload.
- The quarter’s IFF figure is worked out for you
- The Industrial Funding Fee figure comes off the same reported months. You pay it in SRP.
- Every month is filed away
- Each month’s file and the lines behind it are kept in the archive, readable and exportable even if the subscription lapses.
First hour
The first hour
- Add the contract number and the month its reporting starts.
- Connect QuickBooks Online, or drop last month’s sales export.
- Map the items that appear, one time each.
- Read the failing lines, fix them, and download the file.
- Sign in to SRP, upload the file, and certify it.
Team
Who else this touches
If a bookkeeper keeps your books, they can prepare the month and leave you the upload. An account is one holder: one sign-in, that holder’s contracts, its catalog and its archive. There are no team seats. Decide who in the business holds the sign-in.
If a contract administrator already handles your schedule, the catalog mapping is close to work they know.
Pricing
What it costs
TDR Prep plans: Starter $99/month: up to 1 contract and 250 reported lines a month; Standard $149/month: up to 3 contracts and 1,000 reported lines a month; Plus $249/month: up to 10 contracts and 5,000 reported lines a month. Import, mapping and validation are free with no card.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I still have to sign in to SRP?
Yes. TDR Prep produces the file. A contract point of contact, often the Authorized Negotiator, uploads it and certifies in SRP.
What if we sold nothing to GSA this month?
The month is still reported. A month with no sales goes into the sequence like any other.
How long does a month take once items are mapped?
Import, read the failing lines if any, and download. Items you mapped before are already matched, so only new items need attention.

Where these facts come from
- SRP — contractor authentication
SRP access is limited to the contract points of contact, such as the Authorized Negotiator, IFF POC and Contract Admin.
- GSA — Transactional Data Reporting
Monthly TDR reporting through SRP for every MAS SIN since Refresh 31; reports due within 30 days after month end.
