For your role
TDR Prep for bookkeepers and accountants
If you keep the books for a GSA schedule holder, the monthly report is your numbers in another shape. TDR Prep reads them from QuickBooks Online or a CSV export, holds the item mapping between months, and checks every line against the SRP file rules. The holder’s point of contact uploads and certifies in SRP.
Your month
The month from the bookkeeper’s side
You already have the invoices. The work is re-keying them into the shape SRP wants: a contract item for each line, with the right SIN, unit and part number, none of which live in the books.
Then there is the reporting basis. A holder reports on invoice date or on payment date, and the two give different months; once chosen, every month has to follow it.
The quarter adds the Industrial Funding Fee, worked out from the same reported sales, and someone has to keep that figure tied to the months it came from.
What changes
What changes with TDR Prep
- The books are read, not re-keyed
- QuickBooks Online is pulled for a date range; any other system comes in as a CSV with its columns matched once and remembered.
- The basis is set once
- Invoice date or payment date is chosen per holder and stays set. The QuickBooks Online pull reports on invoice date; payment-date holders use the CSV lane.
- Items are matched once
- Each item gets its SIN, unit and manufacturer fields one time; next month reuses them.
- Returns and discounts keep their meaning
- A line your export marks as a return or a discount comes through as one.
- The quarter ties out
- The IFF figure is computed from the same reported months, beside them.
First hour
The first hour
- Choose the holder’s reporting basis: invoice date or payment date.
- Connect QuickBooks Online, or drop the Sales by Item Detail report or another export as CSV.
- Match the export’s columns once.
- Map each item that appears.
- Clear the failing lines, download the file, and send it to the holder’s SRP contact.
Team
Who else this touches
The holder’s owner or Authorized Negotiator is usually the one who signs in to SRP, uploads and certifies. An account is one holder: one sign-in, that holder’s contracts, its catalog and its archive. There are no team seats. A bookkeeper with several GSA clients uses a separate account for each client.
Where the holder has a contract administrator, they know the awarded items; their list makes the first mapping faster.
Pricing
What it costs

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I prepare the report and let the holder upload it?
Yes. You build and check the file; the holder’s SRP point of contact uploads it and certifies.
Does it work on payment-date reporting?
Yes, through the CSV lane. QuickBooks records payments against whole invoices, so the QuickBooks Online pull reports on invoice date.
I keep books for several GSA holders. Is there one login for all of them?
No. An account is one holder: one sign-in, that holder’s contracts, its catalog and its archive. There are no team seats. Each holder has its own account, mapping and archive.
