For your role
TDR Prep for contract administrators
A contract administrator knows the awarded catalog: the SINs, the units, the part numbers. That is most of what the monthly report needs, and SRP lists the Contract Administrator among the points of contact it lets sign in. TDR Prep puts that catalog knowledge into a mapping it reuses every month, and checks every line against it before the upload.
Your month
The month from the contracts desk
Sales arrive from accounting in whatever shape the system exports. The contract administrator is the one who can tell which awarded item a line was, and which unit it was sold in.
SRP checks each line against the items on the contract. When it cannot find one, the fix sits with whoever knows the catalog, after the upload has already failed.
With more than one contract, each has its own number, its own reporting start and its own months, and none can skip ahead of an unreported earlier month.
What changes
What changes with TDR Prep
- Contracts in one place
- Each contract number is stored the way SRP expects it, with the month its reporting starts.
- The catalog mapping is yours to keep
- Each SKU is matched to its SIN, unit and manufacturer fields once, or marked as a service, and reused every month.
- Failures name the field
- A line SRP would reject says why and names the field before any upload.
- The month list per contract
- Every month from each contract’s reporting start, in the order SRP takes them.
- A record for each month
- Each month’s file and its lines stay in the archive, exportable.
First hour
The first hour
- Add each contract number and its reporting start month.
- Have accounting drop the month’s sales, from QuickBooks Online or as a CSV.
- Map each item against the awarded catalog.
- Clear the lines that fail and download the file.
- Upload and certify in SRP from your point-of-contact sign-in.
Team
Who else this touches
Accounting supplies the sales; the owner or Authorized Negotiator may be the one who certifies. An account is one holder: one sign-in, that holder’s contracts, its catalog and its archive. There are no team seats.
If an outside consultant used to handle reporting, their item list is a useful reference for the first mapping.
Pricing
What it costs
TDR Prep plans: Starter $99/month: up to 1 contract and 250 reported lines a month; Standard $149/month: up to 3 contracts and 1,000 reported lines a month; Plus $249/month: up to 10 contracts and 5,000 reported lines a month. Import, mapping and validation are free with no card.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can one account hold more than one contract?
Yes. Plans are sized by contract count and lines a month; the pricing page lists the limits.
What does a mapping failure look like?
It reads "SRP will reject this because" and names the field, such as a product line missing its manufacturer part number.
Does TDR Prep change anything in SRP?
No. TDR Prep has no connection to SRP. A point of contact uploads the file and certifies it.
