Alternatives
TDR Preflight alternatives for GSA services holders
TDR Preflight sells a reviewed SRP file for one month of hourly or labor-hour services work, and sells annual workspace access separately. The alternatives are a monthly subscription that starts at $99 (TDR Prep), a spreadsheet-to-SRP preparer with a published monthly fee (TDR Filer), and the free form and file upload in SRP. The contract holder uploads and certifies with every one of them.
TDR Prep wrote this list and is on it, listed first. The criteria it is ranked on come before the list.
Why look
Why holders price alternatives to TDR Preflight
Reporting is monthly, so a price set per reviewed month is a price you meet twelve times a year. The annual workspace is software access, and its page says ongoing expert preparation is scoped separately. Holders with a small schedule often want to see what a subscription costs over the same year.
TDR Preflight's page describes a narrow output and lists transaction types that block. A holder whose month mixes products and services, or includes a transaction type outside that list, needs a route that takes the whole month.
Services-only holders are not exempt: Refresh 31 made TDR mandatory across every MAS SIN, and GSA publishes separate guidance on how labor-hour and time-and-materials lines are reported. Whatever route you pick has to handle the lines your contract actually bills.

Alternatives to TDR Preflight
1. TDR Prep
A subscription priced by contract count and monthly line volume, opening soon. Once it opens, import, mapping and validation cost nothing and need no card, so your own month can go through the SRP file rules with every failing line shown before deciding. Each SKU is mapped once and reused, which is where the second month gets shorter.
Published price: $99, $149 or $249 a month; import, mapping and validation are free with no card
Starts from: QuickBooks Online or a CSV export
Upload and certification: The contract holder uploads the file to SRP and certifies it there. TDR Prep never files.
Fits: Product and mixed holders reporting every month who want the cost spread evenly, and services holders who want to test their own lines against the file rules before paying.
2. TDR Filer
TDR Filer prepares and validates the upload from a CSV or XLSX export at a published monthly price, and builds the GSA workbook.
Published price: $79/month
Starts from: CSV or XLSX exports
Upload and certification: Its page says the customer uploads the output to SRP.
Fits: Holders who already keep their GSA sales in a spreadsheet and want a low fixed monthly cost.
3. SRP directly
The portal accepts form entry and file upload for free. Labor-hour lines go in under the services guidance GSA publishes, and you check the result yourself after upload.
Published price: Free
Starts from: Typed into the form, or a file you build yourself
Upload and certification: The contract holder enters or uploads the report and certifies it.
Fits: Services holders with a few task orders a month and the time to key them in.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does TDR Preflight cost compared with a subscription?
TDR Preflight publishes a price per reviewed month and an annual workspace price. TDR Prep's plans start at $99 a month, and TDR Filer publishes a monthly fee. Compare them over twelve monthly reports, since SRP takes one every month.
Do services-only MAS holders have to report TDR?
Yes. GSA says Refresh 31 made TDR mandatory for every MAS SIN, and it publishes services-specific guidance covering labor-hour and time-and-materials lines.
Can I test my own data before paying for any of these?
TDR Prep's import, mapping and validation are free with no card; a subscription is what removes the draft watermark from the file. Ask TDR Preflight and TDR Filer what each lets you see before you pay.
Who certifies the report?
The contract holder, in SRP, on every route on this page.
